The Cowboy Bank also engages in the business of selling stored value cards as an agent for TIB The Independent BankersBank, which is licensed under the laws of Texas and is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Banking.

FAIR LENDING POLICY As a commercial bank, the primary function of this institution is to make loans that are mutually beneficial to the bank, its stockholders and the banks customers. As a part of this function. it is the general purpose of the management of this bank to grant all the sound short term local loans which resources permit and opportunity affords.
This bank does not and will not practice "red-lining". That is loans will not be denied based on location in a particular area within our trade area. Rather each loan will be evaluated on sound credit factors.
